Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made through Valley Farm Vault.

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through Valley Farm Vault at valleyfarmvault.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies displayed at checkout.

1. About Our Products

Valley Farm Vault sells authenticated resale goods, including footwear, apparel, accessories, collectibles, and related items.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, products sold through our site are resale items. Some items may be new, pre-owned, deadstock, new without box, gently used, vintage, limited release, or otherwise categorized based on the condition shown in the product listing.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas, New Balance, Supreme, or any other brand shown on our site unless expressly stated.

2. Product Condition

We make every reasonable effort to photograph and describe each item accurately. Product listings may include information such as brand, model, size, condition, included accessories, box condition, visible wear, defects, and other relevant details.

Because many items are resale goods, normal signs of handling, storage, age, manufacturing variation, box damage, minor cosmetic wear, or previous ownership may be present. Please review all photos, sizing, condition notes, and descriptions before placing an order.

Photos are part of the product description. If something is visible in the photos, it should be considered disclosed.

3. Authentication

Items are reviewed for authenticity before being listed for sale. Our authentication process may include visual inspection, product details, materials, labels, tags, stitching, packaging, market references, and other relevant indicators.

Authentication is based on our review process and available information at the time of listing. If we determine before shipment that an item cannot be confidently authenticated, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

An item is not reserved until checkout is completed and payment is accepted. Because our inventory may include one-of-one resale items, products may sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, listing errors, inventory errors, or product description errors. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This confirmation means we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, address issue, payment issue, authentication concern, or any other issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order properly.

6. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

You agree that all billing, shipping, and payment information provided is accurate and authorized. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Estimated shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by law.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at hello@valleyfarmvault.com within 3 days of the delivery scan. We may help initiate a carrier investigation, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.

9. Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once processing has started, unless we approve the cancellation in writing.

Because many items are unique resale goods, cancellation requests are handled at our discretion. To request cancellation, contact hello@valleyfarmvault.com as soon as possible with your order number.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, sizing, buyer remorse, change of mind, price changes, or preference after purchase.

Items are not eligible for return if they have been worn, used, damaged, altered, cleaned, relaced, deodorized, creased from wear, missing tags, missing packaging, missing accessories, or returned in a condition different from the condition originally shipped.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we determine that we shipped the wrong item or made a material error in the listing.

11. Incorrect, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

If you believe you received the wrong item, an item damaged in transit, or an item that materially differs from the listing, contact us at hello@valleyfarmvault.com within 3 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

We may request additional information before approving any resolution. Approved resolutions may include repair, replacement if available, return approval, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue.

Do not discard the item, packaging, tags, or shipping materials until the issue is resolved.

12. Return Inspection

All approved returns are inspected after arrival. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not the same item originally shipped, is not in the same condition, is missing accessories or packaging, or shows signs of wear, alteration, damage, or tampering.

Rejected returns may be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, contact us first at hello@valleyfarmvault.com so we can review it.

We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, product photos, authentication notes, customer communications, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, banks, or fraud-prevention services in response to chargebacks or payment disputes.

14. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

Promotional codes, discounts, store credits, and gift cards are subject to the terms shown at the time they are issued.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated. Promotions may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time.

Gift cards and store credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

15. Marketplace Purchases

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made directly through https://valleyfarmvault.com.

If you purchase one of our items through a third-party marketplace, including eBay, Whatnot, Shopify Shop, or another platform, that marketplace's buyer policies, payment rules, return rules, and dispute procedures may also apply.

16. Sizing and Fit

Sizing varies by brand, model, year, and product type. We are not responsible for manufacturer sizing differences or personal fit preferences.

Please review the listed size carefully before purchasing. Fit or sizing preference is not considered a product defect.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley Farm Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of any product.

Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the item in that order.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version posted at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
