We process orders as quickly as possible. Because many Valley Farm Vault items are one-of-one resale goods, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@valleyfarmvault.com with your order number.
We will review the request and confirm whether the order can still be canceled.
When an Order Can Be Canceled
An order may be eligible for cancellation if:
- The order has not been processed
- The order has not been packed
- The shipping label has not been created
- The order has not been handed to the carrier
- The cancellation request is approved by our team
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
When an Order Cannot Be Canceled
An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped or is too far along in the fulfillment process.
If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy or Terms of Sale for available options.
Items Sold Through Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased an item through a third-party marketplace, such as eBay, Whatnot, or another platform, cancellation rules may be controlled by that platform's policies.
Please submit cancellation requests through the platform where the purchase was made.
Canceled Orders and Refunds
If a cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or buy-now-pay-later provider. Valley Farm Vault does not control how quickly funds appear after a refund is issued.
Order Changes
We may not be able to modify an order after it is placed. This includes changes to:
- Shipping address
- Size
- Product selection
- Payment method
- Shipping method

Fraud, Inventory, or Listing Issues
Valley Farm Vault reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, listing mistakes, authentication concerns, address issues, or any other issue that prevents proper fulfillment.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a refund when applicable.
