Valley Farm Vault ships orders through major carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

Unless a faster shipping option is selected at checkout, orders are shipped using standard ground service.

Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, product drops, or when additional order review is required.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only.

Standard ground shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination. Expedited shipping may reduce transit time, but carrier delays can still occur.

Valley Farm Vault is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs, service interruptions, or events outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. It may take time for tracking information to appear after a label is created.

Shipping Address

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order.

Valley Farm Vault is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@valleyfarmvault.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed.

Signature, Insurance, and High-Value Orders

Some orders may require signature confirmation, insurance, or additional verification before shipment.

This may apply to higher-value items, limited releases, suspicious orders, or any order we determine requires additional protection.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at hello@valleyfarmvault.com with your order number. We may help review tracking information or assist with a carrier claim when appropriate.

Valley Farm Vault is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of all packaging materials
  • Description of the damage

Do not discard the item, box, or packaging until the issue is resolved.

Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or carrier issue, we will contact you to review available options.

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

If the order is canceled after being returned to us, original shipping fees may not be refundable.

Third-Party Marketplace Orders

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, such as eBay, Whatnot, or another platform, shipping terms may be controlled by that marketplace.

Please review the shipping details shown on the platform where you placed your order.
