Order Status

You can track your Valley Farm Vault order using the confirmation email sent after checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

This means your order was received. It does not always mean the order has shipped yet.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@valleyfarmvault.com with the name and email used at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

During processing, we may review payment, inventory, shipping address, item condition, authentication, or other order details before shipment.

Because many Valley Farm Vault items are one-of-one resale goods, some orders may require additional review before shipping.

Shipped Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after a label is created.

Tracking Delays

If tracking has not updated right away, it may mean the carrier has not scanned the package yet.

Carrier scans can be delayed during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, weather events, or service interruptions.

Common Order Statuses

Order Placed

Your order was received and is awaiting review or processing.

Processing

Your payment, item, and shipping details are being reviewed before shipment.

Ready to Ship

Your order has been packed or a shipping label has been created.

Shipped

Your order has been handed to the carrier and tracking is active.

Delivered

The carrier has marked your package as delivered.

Canceled

Your order was canceled and refunded when applicable.

Address Issues

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at hello@valleyfarmvault.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check:

  • Nearby doors, mailrooms, lockers, gates, or package areas
  • Other people in your household or building
  • Carrier delivery notes
  • Your local UPS or FedEx office, if applicable

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at hello@valleyfarmvault.com with your order number.

Valley Farm Vault may help review tracking information or assist with a carrier claim when appropriate, but we are not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@valleyfarmvault.com with your order number.

For damaged packages, include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of all packaging materials
  • A description of the issue

Do not discard the item, box, or packaging until the issue is resolved.

Third-Party Marketplace Orders

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, such as eBay, Whatnot, or another platform, order status and tracking may be managed through that platform.

Please check the marketplace where you placed your order for the most accurate status.
