Are Valley Farm Vault items authentic?

Yes. Items listed by Valley Farm Vault are reviewed for authenticity before being offered for sale.

Our process may include inspection of product details, materials, labels, tags, stitching, packaging, box details, market references, and other indicators depending on the item.

If we cannot confidently review or verify an item before fulfillment, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Are your sneakers and apparel new or used?

It depends on the item.

Some products may be new, deadstock, new without box, pre-owned, gently worn, vintage, or otherwise categorized based on condition. Each product listing should include available photos, size details, condition notes, and included accessories when applicable.

Please review the full listing before purchasing.

What does resale mean?

Resale means the item is being sold after its original retail release. Resale items may be new, unworn, pre-owned, limited release, sold out, vintage, or otherwise unavailable through traditional retail stores.

Because resale items vary by condition and availability, each item is listed individually.

Are all items one-of-one?

Many Valley Farm Vault items are one-of-one or limited in availability.

If an item sells out, we may not be able to restock the exact same size, color, condition, or style.

Can I reserve an item?

No. Items are not reserved until checkout is completed and payment is accepted.

Adding an item to your cart, liking a product, or saving it to your account does not guarantee availability.

Can I like or save products?

If account features are available, you may be able to like or save products for later.

Liking a product does not reserve it or lock in the price. If a liked product sells, becomes unavailable, or changes status, we may notify you depending on your account and communication settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

We also offer flexible payment options through Klarna and Affirm when available at checkout.

Available payment methods may vary based on order total, location, eligibility, and checkout settings.

Do you offer Klarna or Affirm?

Yes. Klarna and Affirm may be available at checkout.

Approval, payment schedules, interest, fees, and eligibility are handled directly by Klarna or Affirm. Valley Farm Vault does not approve or manage financing decisions.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Most orders ship through UPS or FedEx standard ground service unless a faster shipping option is selected at checkout.

Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, product drops, high-volume periods, or when additional order review is required.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship through major carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

Standard shipping may include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or another comparable service based on the package, destination, and available carrier options.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Rates may vary based on carrier, package size, package weight, shipping destination, shipping speed, insurance, signature requirements, and current carrier rates.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.

My package says delivered, but I do not see it. What should I do?

First, check nearby doors, mailrooms, lockers, package rooms, gates, front desks, neighbors, household members, and carrier delivery notes.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at hello@valleyfarmvault.com with your order number. We may help review tracking details or assist with a carrier claim when appropriate.

Valley Farm Vault is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@valleyfarmvault.com with your order number. We may be able to cancel the order if it has not been processed, packed, labeled, or shipped.

Once an order is too far along in fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at hello@valleyfarmvault.com. Once an order has been processed, labeled, or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final unless an item arrives materially different from the listing, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise approved for return by Valley Farm Vault.

We do not accept returns for wrong size ordered, fit preference, buyer's remorse, change of mind, price changes, or condition details visible in the photos or listing.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us at hello@valleyfarmvault.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and any relevant details. Do not ship the item back unless your return has been approved.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us at hello@valleyfarmvault.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include photos of the item, shipping box, packaging materials, and damage. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer standard exchanges.

Because most items are one-of-one, we usually cannot provide a replacement size, color, or style.

Are original boxes and accessories included?

Only if shown or stated in the product listing.

Some resale items may include the original box, extra laces, tags, dust bags, cards, packaging, or accessories. Others may not. Review the listing carefully before purchasing.

What does box condition mean?

Box condition refers to the condition of the original product box, if included.

Boxes may show wear from storage, handling, shipping, age, stickers, dents, creasing, tears, or other cosmetic issues. Box wear does not necessarily mean the item itself is damaged.

Do you sell on third-party marketplaces?

Yes, Valley Farm Vault may sell through third-party platforms such as eBay, Whatnot, or other marketplaces.

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, order status, shipping, returns, cancellations, and disputes may be handled through that platform's policies.

Can I pick up locally in San Diego?

Local pickup is not currently available. All online orders must be shipped.

Do you buy or consign sneakers, apparel, or rare items?

We are not currently accepting public buyouts or consignments.
